What I do:
• Regularly Visit your home and before arrival & after departure of occupants
• Check that the electricity, plumbing, appliances, water, heating, security, etc. is in good working order
• Take care of any repairs by contacting repairmen and making sure that the job is done well
• Available to manage homes for rent including checking renters in and out, providing cleaning service, repairs, laundry, and any other services needed
Who am I:
• Grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and Silver Spring, MD
• MA in Management from Bar Ilan university
• Experience in Property Management
• Worked at Machon Gold (Av Beit) and Netiv Aryeh (Director of Student Affairs)
• Jerusalem Fellowships, Aish Hatorah
• I am American bred, responsible, trustworthy, and know how to give the service that you want and need.
